In January 2024, Samsung is expected to unveil its new Galaxy S24. The Korean manufacturer is rumored to be moving away from Qualcomm chips and returning to a proprietary SoC, the Exynos 2400, for its entry-level model. It is anticipated to come with 8 GB of RAM and, as usual, Samsung will offer a choice between 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. The screen will reportedly gain 0.1 inches, reaching 6.2 inches. It will feature the best OLED panel of 2024 in Full HD+ with a record brightness of 2,600 nits. The battery will remain at 4,000 mAh with, presumably, 25 W fast charging. For the camera, Samsung is expected to stick with 50 MP sensors and 8K video recording. As for the price, we will have to wait for the official announcement of the Galaxy S24. For reference, the Galaxy S23 was marketed at €959 at its launch.
